Resonator

Morgana is a 10 minute short film in the style of David Lynch by Münster/Cologne based director Robert Wiezorek.

After hearing Resonator’s live-Soundtrack for Nosferatu, Wiezorek contacted the band to ask them to compose a score for Morgana. After a very productive cooperation, the film saw its first public screening in November 2003 at the Filmfestival Münster.

A man’s car breaks down and he walks to the nearby hotel “Avalon” where he seems eerily familiar to everyone as he is informed that his car won’t be repaired until morning. Events unfold during the night in his hotel room.

This film has been nearly 5 years in the making and features the actors Georg Krause (Städt. Bühnen Münster, Schauspiel Karlsruhe) and German TV-moderator and Jazz-musician Götz Alsmann (”Zimmer Frei”, WDR), as well as Andreas Ladwig, Tanja von Malottki and Elmar Rasche.
